Because fragrance is intimate and hygiene-sensitive, we accept returns on unopened items only and we replace anything that arrives damaged or incorrect.

Eligibility for returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery when the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with the seal intact. Please include your order number when contacting us to request approval.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns for opened or used fragrance oils, items with broken seals, gift cards, or final sale items (if marked).
Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders
If something arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and outer packaging. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (varies by bank). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable service. For damaged or incorrect orders, return shipping is fully covered by us.
Scent preference
Fragrance is personal and perception varies. We can’t accept returns based on preference, longevity expectations, or comparisons. If you need help choosing, message us before ordering — we’ll guide you thoughtfully.
